Upper Timing belt cover bolt

Hey does anyone know specifics on what the bolts that secure the upper timing belt cover to the block?

Who ever did my timing belt didnt install the bolts and my belt is rubbing on the plastic.

any help is appreciated and yes i have searched but the best result is from ebay images....

rocks can fly up and can cause damage. Probably a better idea to keep it on.

gotta love the newbs that cut the cover to show off their cam gears :D
when did I mention that idea? I certainly leave the the bottom cover on for that reason but the top half I leave off. 5 years off and never had a problem with that. A lot of friends of mine have had theirs off and we have never had a conversation about having that issue. I have driven in the rain, bit of snow and loose gravel ( new roads in a town I used to live at)
