UKDM tail lights??

Seen them a time or two. They're just an all clear aftermarket G2 housing. They're not that bad as long as they have red and amber bulbs in the right parts of the housing. If you paint them with red and amber translucent paint in the right spots they look like updated OEM housings.

Hell yeah. I got lucky with my da's...never had the amber in em.
I really wish they made the red and whites for the 3rd gen :(

Got aftermarket ones that are a little more translucent than the OEM ones though. :thumbs up


The OP tails are pretty crazy though. I've done alot of ebay searching and have never seen the amber in that arrangement. If I were to ever get black on black rims on my girl, I'd definately want to look at those. I'd like some amber in my lights if everything else was black.

Dude your car is sick! As far as i remember it was the oem tails for the 92 93 with the amber 90-91 for red n white ( clear).

Thanks man, but yeah, like ixcocoyxi said, they were more whiteish/pink. You won't get pure white/crystal looking ones unless you go aftermarket. For the way I have my car set up, I like the ones I have the best, then the 90-91's, and then the amber, which is what my DA originally had since it's a '93, the ones I like the least. Go figure. lol

THe Alteza ones, the clear euro ones and the 3rd gen ones made for DAs can all blow me. lmao The OP ones are the first really different ones I've seen that might be servicable.

There's a DIY to get the OEM pink film off of the 90-91 Tails like the one posted above. You have to use some sort of solvant and flush it out with water. And BAM you have OEM Clear White tails for the second gen.

It's actually a film that makes it look pink on there? Interesting. It seemed to me they were pink because there was the same red plastic on the outside behind the white. Wonder why they actually went an extra step to get them to look pink? Seems a kind odd color to aim for. lol I like the crystal white a lot better obviously. :)

I remember following it on Kijiji being sold to different places everyonce in a while haha.
