It's neither! Here in Canada we were able to import and plate them up until this summer 100% legally. However, since June of this year, they put a "temporary" ban on the importing of RHD vehicles. So since the car was plated before the ban, it will remain legally plated forever

That's right the Civic is posted on HT for sale. Right now its stored for the winter and I haven't really been trying to sell it, but its still for sale
