The drive's about 7 hours. It's cool. A bunch of stock cars track all the time. There was a bone stock Hyundai Accent at SOW the last time I went.

I'm planning to stay at my great uncle's house in Sacramento. It's about an hour away from the track. I'm planning to leave L.A. on saturday morning, the 27th. The event is on monday. Then I'll spend the night and leave on tuesday morning. I'm going to be too tired to drive back home after the event. I'm sure a grip of people will be staying at nearby hotels close to Thunderhill.do you guys go the day before and stay in a hotel or what? or do you drive up and go race immediately and drive home.
