Turbo set up help

greddy uses a a mitsubishi td05-18g in there LS integra turbokit. so naturally, if you found a greddy manifold, then the turbo would probably bolt to it because most tdo5's have the same flange. so the greddy downpipe would most likely work to. SS sucks! figure out exactly what turbo came on that car and find a greddy manifold and downpipe.

haha i was afraid u would say that. im workin on a tight budget so i was trying to keep the build as simple as possible but turbos are never simple.

sorry i didnt clearly say the manifold from SS is and integra manifold but its called an integra dsm manifold. its the td05 off of my chrysler conquest tsi. im not sure the exact name. im trying to keep this as cheap as possible but i also have heard some horrors about SS. i just cant find anyone else who makes the manifold for that td05 on the teggy. the conquest is an 87 but the td05 is perfect. i just want this set up to give good power and good reliability as well. thanks for your input guys. its helping alot.

a lot of guys will build mani's with the flange you need, but you CANNOT use a greddy mani with any turbo but the one they use. they have a special casting for the exhaust side and is not a mitsu flange.

you may have a externally adjustable FMU.

I would do a lot of reading before jumping into this with 1500 in hand. I doubt you will have a set up that makes anymore power than stock or doesn't blow up after 3000miles for 1500 bucks.

the older ones used a mitsu td05-18g. the newer ones have the greddy spec T518Z built by mitsu which has a different flange but is damn near identical. find an older one and a mitsubishi td05-14b, 16G and 18G will all fit
