k i dont kno if any of you have noticed, but yea i am workin on a LS vtec turbo build for my Dc4, and its gonna be internally forged, with all the parts i need, its just im lookin to make any where between 400-500 whp, and i want to keep the boost under or around 15psi, i dont kno its far fetched or not, but im lookin for a turbo mani that can reach this goal while keeping AC, now if it doesnt exist then ill take out AC but id like to keep it, i live in OKlahoma and the summers get pretty hot

so ur saying the full race mani or the quick 4 ac mani wont stop me from making around 400 to 500 whp?

yea tell me about it. im spending atleast 2 grand on piping, manifold, downpipe, intercooler, turbo and exhaust alone. and the bare minimum on engine management, since im going turbo edit and tuning myself. if i feel i cant handle it though expect me to hand it over to a pro and spend prolly another 500-1000 on tuning. injectors, rail, pressure regulator and everything else ive been buying separate.

Turbos manifolds dont have to be rediculously expensive to be effective. Im going to pay 300 and that manifold has put down 300 whp.

between 4-500 hp, your looking at a larger turbo, t3/t4 or t4. if you bore out and go 84mm, you can reach it with a t3/t4. dont worry oo much about bottom end, there are alot of great deals out there. i got my bottom end for 500 because it was used from aussie. just search and be patient. im going today to take the engine to be built. i wish i could do it myself, but no-one lives around me that could help me out. i dont feel too confident in doing it. dont want to mess it up.

o i already have a bottom end, heres my whole motor setup

k start from the top,

b16 head, mild port, supposed turbo valves (they are more indentend then stock), buddy club springs and retainers, stock cams, JG forged pistons and rods (or whatever my freind hooks me up with i think they stock srp) and thats pretty much it i mena acl bearings and arp rod bolts, as for bolt ons, probably just gonna port out the stock intake mani, and bigger throttle body to match, 850cc injectors, tune with crome pro, as for turbo setup thats waht im tryin to figure out as well as gettin axles, but i have Tein Nr spec suspension which is more of a track suspension for type r ( i drive a DC4), but yea my freind told me to go with a T3 turbo, and i dont want to bore out and im gonna have stock sleeves

sounds good, and turbo wise i think for that setup a t3/t4 will be best for the power you want to make. manifold wise i'd go tubular with the quick 4 a/c compatible, (i was actually reading on why they are benefitial to use as compared to a log style) and intercooler and piping dont go too big stay relative to the amount of cfm's your motor can handle.

spoolin is just as bad, they all are, its a matter of personal preferance. you cant get a good manifold under 500
