turbo kit opinions?

Look into quality, name brand items. If it doesn't have a brand, or even a brand you've heard of, don't use it, cuz it's most likely worthless

I messaged the company and got a quick reply, its a godspeed turbo (Theres mixed reviews about it i guess) and everything else they describe in the specs sounds legit and good quality. At least they make it sound like it in the description

My buddy had that exact kit and the only problem he had was the wastegate broke off of that ramhorn mani he welded it back on and put a brace to help support it an has been running great ever since. He has a bone stock gsr tuned on 10 pounds with 450 dsm injectors and is a realible dd.

Also did he have to do any tuning or ECU work?

Yea he has around 250-275 i believe and he got it street tuned on neptune for like 150.

that turbo is decent, it will hold up fine with daily use if you use a oil restrictor. as for the rest of the kit id get a good bov, wastegate and manifold (or get a cheap cast iron log manifold)

whats wrong with the manifold looks tight to me? and in the description it says its TIG welded and stuff

That manifold is the worst part of these kits, ditch it

I guarantee you it will crack. Get a log manifold and you can keep a/c

Dangg, alright. Im going to leave it on for a little bit though. At least it looks cool and im going to be boosting like 7-10 psi,

Ok so im going to get that kit, and turn the boost up to 10 psi, buy the injectors, and then the street tune from neptune and ill be good to go? like no dyno testing or anything?
