I have a 2001 Acura Integra GSR, on Mugen RNR i run a 205/50/15 tire set up. I currently have Azenis RT615k on my car, dont like them too much, wear fast and get greasy when driven hard on. I used to have Yoko Neova AD08s and loved those tires they lasted longer then my current Azenis, and they had tons better wet and dry performance, i am eger to try out the Bridgestone Potenza RE-11, Anyone with recommendations plz tell me what you got. Need some ideas, daily tire not to bad of wear, good performance. Have at it plz. and Thanks.

I have the potenzas, love them. I have 205 45/16's. I daily on them, minimal wear, they grip the road quite well particularly when they warm up, not too much road noise and they handle the weather well

I use Primewell on mine. Got them from Firestone. They perform great wet or dry (I can still pull turns pretty quickly when roads are wet) and when I did autox they performed very well. All-season too. I'm using 205/50/15. Got em for about $410 mounted and balanced on my new rims and lugs I brought with me.

I have 225/45/15 Hankook RS3 mounted on 15x7 cheapie rota gt3's. Fantastic dry grip and stopping ability. You will not like the wear though. Their tread wear is 140. Also their wet performance lacks big time.

You would probably like Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec or even the Kuhmo Ecsta XS. They are great performance tires that wear decently. The RE-11 will also be nice for you, but are rather expensive. You might also want to look in to Federal RSR they are VERY inexpensive performance tires. They may wear a little faster than your liking, but they are hella cheap, which makes up for it.

Classic problem of trying to have your cake and eat it too. Everything about a tire is a compromise, you just have to decide how you want to arrange your compromises. I used to run RT615 for a decently sticky tire than can be daily driven and they worked well for that. There is no doubt they slick up on the track, but they do last ok. I spent a lot of time running Advan A048 as well, and they stick a ton better, but also wear accordingly. They're great for having a tire that can be driven on the track, yet still manageable in the rain. But I was sacrificing to the tune of 8k-10k miles per set before they were trash.

Now I have multiple cars so I just buy tires accordingly. My DD runs pretty stick, yet easily daily driveable Michelin Pilot Sports. But the sacrifice there is that they're $335/tire. My track car runs BFG G-Force R1, which are completely incapable or rain and last a handful of miles, but stick and stick good.

Tires are all a balance of wear/price/weather/stick. You just have to decide which aspects you want to give up.

Those Michelin Pilots are also an awesome tire, my dad had them on his Audi RS4 and matched with the Quattro and suspension, you had grip fuh dayz

Yeah i know bro it is a classic problem i do think i need an alignment though cause i am going through tires faster then i should be, My Azenis only lasted me a month with just everyday driving. No racing at all if that very minimal.

Something is definitely going on if you only got one months worth of time on the tires. Get an alignment and make sure the toe is in spec.

I went from RT615s to Ecsta XS and I am liking them so far!

Neo Gens are great for drag racing, but terrible for any other form of racing because the sidewall construction is meant to flex for low pressure grip to help launching. I switched from Neo Gen to RE-11 Potenza, so far so good. Much mroe rigid sidewall and better for the circuit
