No, never go the cheap way out when it comes to suspension IMO.

They look like lower control arms.

Only thing I'd be worried about is the guy's literacy. "Sawy bars", "Shippingment"..
You don't need quality for suspension anyways!

Doesn't even look like a front camber kit. There's no upper control arms in that set. And $90 for all that? Very skeptical. Don't cheap out on suspension. Go for blox, skunk2, etc. Not cheap eBay crap. Ebay is good for things like front lips or the occasional NIB brand name parts.

If you have the money or you're at least frugal and patient enough then save up and get the "proven" gear. I say proven because expensive doesn't mean the best for you. Blox and Blackworks, RoKKer are decent enough if you are not racing and thrashing your ride and they're not expensive. The Ebay stuff, well, its all subjective. I have some Ebay stuff thats worked fine, but I'm not ripping up the road either. So do you and whatever you're comfortable with. People are gonna have stuff to flame you about regardless of what you get. I mean, seriously, $3500 to $5000 on suspension components on a 20 year old daily driver? Really? At the same time; $250 for a near complete suspension package from Ebay IS suspect....
