It depends. I've helped plenty of noobs, I have even talked to people over the phone from this forum to help them with things such as a head gasket replacement.. but there's just some times when they deserve to be insulted. If someone refuses to search or cannot understand what you're telling them, well chances are i'm not going to be nice. I've helped a lot of people here, and I've received a lot of help. A noob receiving insults is just part of the process.

The world isn't all gum drops and candy canes. Just need to learn to brush off the insults lol.
