Speaking of new cars...I can't stand the trend toward heavy cars. What happened to the days when cars were light and quick? Seriously, if you want a car to be fun, drop weight. Sure...you can put in a big engine and get the 0-60 and 1/4 mile times you want. But the car is gonna feel like a tank in the corners, and gas mileage is gonna be killed. People don't realize what power to weight ratio is anymore. My buddy thinks his Pathfinder is faster than my GS-R because it's got a 3.5L V6 that boasts 240 hp and 265 lb/ft of torque. :roll: The thing weighs over 2 tons. Give me light, quick, and nimble ANY DAY. I'll kill you on the track, and have a lot more fun doing it. That's what I love about Honda. They get the power to weight ratio thing. Not to mention the high-revving engines. Built the way engines should be - power tops out up high in the RPM range. :thumbs up Can't stand engines that top out power-wise at like 5k or 6k RPMs. Then again, I'm one rev-happy sob.

I also hate it when CIVIC owners put DOHC or VTEC stickers on their Non-Vtec cars.

Haha. I managed to find a SOHC VTEC sticker back when I drove my Civic EX. Looked just like the DOHC VTEC sticker that came on the SI. Put it on just for the laughs. Anybody who knew about Hondas and saw that it said SOHC got a good laugh out of it. Gotta have some fun, right?

Took it to a mechanic one day and he asked me what engine was in it: "DOHC right?" He just saw the sticker and didn't read it, so he didn't believe me when I told him it was SOHC. Had to go out and check for himself. :roll: :lol:

things that annoyed me today:

-My one of my teachers marked me absent today (I WASN'T ABSENT IN ANY CLASS) and they called my mom about it. and i got yelled at because she thought i was lying when i was really telling the truth! and now i might fucking get Saturday school for an "unexcused absence", plus it punched the clock on my perfect attendance for the 1st semester.

-i was gonna go out to celebrate my friend's birthday with some other friends. it was planned out and everything but most of them flaked out so we canceled it.

-after the birthday celebration we were supposed to go chill at the mall and i was gonna pick up Gran Turismo 5 at Gamestop but ended up not getting it.

when i forget my clubintegra password and have to reset my password
When my cars check engine light comes on at night so i have a bright ass orange light beaming in my eyes
Going to work with no gas then being forced to go to the gas station when you just really want to go home
When there's a left turn signal yield and yield on green light and some jackass always waits until the left turn signal is lit up
When everyone keeps on telling me to convert my auto:wtf:
When some random person asks me whats under my hood(thats none of your business):nono:
When someone towers over me while im working on my car and throws in their two cents when they see im having a hard time
That my blinkers are all f'ed up and i cant use them even though im a huge blinker freak
When a bum asks you for money. (i do not have a bum budget)
Huge lifted trucks with 50watt hids in their headlights and fogs riding right behind you even after switching lanes
Fat chicks with shitty attitudes!
when slowing all the way down to go over a speed bump and someone always stops right at your bumper like we have a 4x4 wtf
Getting a tint ticket for light tints
The da's short visor. what is the purpose of them!

Fat chicks with shitty attitudes!

me and my friend were going to hang out again and she decides to bring her friend that weighed more than 1 person. my friend has no problem with my car being bouncy because i've told her like a million times to as why.

her friend takes the back seat, and literally my car tips over not dramitically, but enough to notice. when i drove 55 in a 65 zone freeway, she complained why i was going so slow. my car is an automatic...so only so much power can come out with 4 people in the car. Not being an asshole, i said my car sucks..:cry:
