I know less is more, but I think maybe you should do some brackets purple as well. Like the one holding the AC hoses in the front. Maybe the throttle cable bracket as well. Do some gloss black and some that purple. Little things like that help accent the engine bay really nice.

I was thinking of what else to do or get in color. I wasn't planning on the intake being painted, I just decided to do it real quick to see how it looked and I liked it with the white vc (which is going to be hell to keep clean). I might make a spark plug cover in purple. And ngk wires.

Spent about an hour sanding my heat shield by hand

Now can't decide if I want to paint it or leave it to match the strut bar.

a thousand polishes out there and for something simple like this i'd just use the mothers mag and aluminum

5 dollars for a small jar and its more than enough.... and the smell is so addicting i could inhale that all day

I am going with the idea to have it match my strut bar.
Or black

Still debating since I won't be driving till the adjusters look at my car.

The more I'm thinking the more I agree,
Just realized it didn't clear coat my vc, -.- I'm going to have to re do it once oil and everything makes it way to it

Yeah but the fact I went white has me worried about keeping it clean, fuck it, if it gets bad enough ill do it with the next tune up

Hate myself for not paying attention

Broke the screw so now I have to figure out how I'm going to fix it.

Light was low but heat shield is flat black and spark plug cover

I wonder if its like the exhaust header ones where they have threads on both ends. If so, that'll be an easy fix.....in theory. :)
