Still going for like $600 for a long block, $1000 for a tranny. The little stuff is what gets you.

Nicely done, I'm curious to see the hood. That is usually tricky to make tasteful.

Yea that is always the kicker with these swaps. I dont think ive ever seen one besides the standard cutout and let the engine poke through deal.

I like that teg.. not the biggest fan of the colors.. but It's sick. I'll throw the hood on when I get home, then you guys can flame me!
So its a cutout then . j/k. Thats all I ever seen people do. You should try some sort of clean hood bulge or something. It will be hard to make it look clean, but worth it. With the cutouts, how much larger is it than the actual needed opening? For instance to account for the engine pitch.

and BTW, that guy above its nuts (the picture with the snow all in the engine). Thats asking for an electrical short.

I left an extra half inch or so in the back. Hasport mounts don't allow for much movement. I'd like to do a cowl that follows the hood lines at some point so it just looks oem but a bit taller. And yes.. I dunno about the snow in the engine bay hahaha.
