What you posted are the top mounts. They will come with the kit that I posted for you.

What you posted are just the top mounts for the coilovers. They are not the actual coilovers. The kit that I posted are the actual coilovers.

Coilovers = shock + spring

Yes, they can lower your car. You can adjust the height. Up, down, whatever you want.

yes it is man and my friend has a set they ride great! not the "best" suspension out there but for your limit you set for yourself, thats a great set up.
