what exactly does this do?Hold a lit incense underneath your car, see where the smoke starts moving a lot at, tried and true method for me, make sure its running, I smoke so I use a cig, but incense works good too

for a vac leak
if u spray some sort of oil ( wd40, carb cleaner ) you will hear a small hiss, and to fix it u just replace the hose or pcv valve.. mb even tighten a clamp were its hissing from. its simple.

Vibrations can be caused by bad motor mounts among many other thimgs. The one thing I will tell you to check is your injectors. This happened to me almost like you describe it. My car was SUPER slow. I could hardly get to 70mph without flooring it. Take them out and use carb cleaner to clean them. See if that fixes it. This may be caused because you have debris in your gas tank like me. I have to keep my tank about 1/4 at least to keep my injectors from becoming clogged
