Would that be the plate that goes under the steering column??? See a water pump, intake mani, 2 sets of 92-93 tails, rear deck cover, possible throttle body, and a pedal assembly. Also a fucked up speaker, inside a larger fucked up speaker. Is that a civic hatch carbon spoiler???
