I would use a k&n oil filter. It costs more but is good for 15k miles and its super heavy duty.
Normally, I would, but I actually did some research on oil filters before I came to my choice. I'm going to give this one a shot this time and see how I like it. If I don't like it, I'll switch to a K&N next oil change. :)

I love the k&n filter. Also, royal purple trans fluid.
I may do the Royal Purple transmission fluid when it comes time to change it.

Update: Cool tape, decals, emblem, and slim fan are ordered.

Got my oil and filter, got the reservoir cap from Honda, and ordered the rest of the parts from Honda that I needed. I'll post another little update when I get home from work.

This will be happening within the next couple days.

Also, meet Steve. He's my duck. He's not on the tow hook anymore. He was just there for the picture. He's now in the back window.

Your integra is looking so good. I like the last rear end pic of it.

OP updated.

I changed my oil today. That other stuff I'm pretty sure had not been changed in several thousand miles. It still looked alright, but it was really dark. I put the fresh oil in and it runs 10x better.

OEM vs. Blackworks magnetic oil drain plug

Me and a few of my Integra buddies in the area went to a Dreamland's BBQ car meet yesterday. Here's a few pictures.

From left to right -- my '95 DC4, my buddy Franklin's '97 DC2 (he's on the forum somewhere), my buddy Victor's supercharged '00 DC4, and my buddy Eugene's '96 DC4.

Also, while I was under the car, I found out that my cv boots are destroyed, my front sway bar end links are worn out to the point where the bushings are about gone, and I found where my exhaust leak is -- the resonator has a decent sized crack along the top of the casing.

Kind of an update, but not really. More of a question.
So, I climbed under the car again to take some measurements of the resonator earlier today. Here's what I found out --

Inlet/outlet: 2"/2"
Case length: 18"
Case diameter: 3.5"
Overall length: Approx. 21"
^
Just in case anyone was wondering, this is the OEM Honda resonator measurement for a DC4. I'd imagine the measurements are the same from '94-'01, but just in case they're not, mine is a '95.

Anyways, I'm planning on getting a Hedman glasspack to replace the resonator temporarily until I can replace the entire exhaust system. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/hed-25004
The plan is to run it backwards for better flow and to clamp it into place so that way when it's time to upgrade, I can remove it and sell it again. I picked this glasspack in particular because the dimensions are almost a perfect match and the internal construction isn't the same as traditional glasspacks, so it should last longer than six months. The old resonator will be going to a buddy to get repaired since he's practicing welding and I obviously won't need it.
But, none of this is set in stone yet and it'd probably be almost a month before I could get it taken care of. I have other priorities creeping up on me.
What I want is some opinions. Should I try it?
