Sun roof modification

So the DAs have the sun roof that slides back into the roof, is it hard to make the glass pop up like a DC? anybody have any pictures?

yea but isnt there a way to make it go both ways even? i just like the way it pops up. i couldnt picture it on a DA tho, id have to see it

Anything can be done with a little fab work...But what's the point..If you just want a little air in just crack it open a tiny bit. I never even use my sunroof. lol but as far as looks it would look pretty legit if anyone really had an obsession over a tilt sunroof.

Have a friend hold a piece of cardboard at an angle and take the picture just before sunset so its poorly lit, then you'll get a general idea, I wanted the same so that's how I envisioned it, too lazy to fab it so I discarded the idea

You can buy aftermarket sunroofs that flip up. Only problem is they leak like a bitch.

i think the sunroofs that open up and sit on top of the roof look cheezy....if you mean you want the tilt option...its cool to have...i enjoy it on my TL.....but i can def live without it..lol

If you want that flip buy a sunroof visor. You can get a similar effect with that. I have one for sale.

There's a reason that sunroof's, if there's a choice between that and a moonroof, are the cheap option. I'll just leave it at that.
