im not gonna read through all the post so i dunno if neone said this but...b4 u put all this money into ur car u gotta realize it is 16 years old...so is mine....but the thing is u need to get ur car mechanically correct....it took me a long ass time to get my car running mint but now it runs like a fuking dream.....and i can finally start saving up and doing work to it...cause trust me old shit breaks...maybe not right away but it will

it is what it is
the car is very mechanically sound
the guy was very religious to do yearly full tune ups (belts, plugs, wires, distributor caps, etc)
since every one is mentioning suspension, what is the best would you sugguests coil overs or springs.

Thanks

hey man... you said your tires have a lot of tread left so you're thinking of buying 17's right? well unless you already have 17" wheels then those tires are NOT going to fit on the ones you buy. plus if you want to go with bigger wheels you should get your suspension modified first. an integra rolling on 17's without a drop looks really... really bad.

you can't remove rust. you can remove the metal that's rusting i suppose.

i always recommend suspension as the first upgrade. it will completely change the feel of your ride (so make sure you spend the money on quality parts). also changes up the look a lot...

get springs ... coilovers are dumb imo cause most people adjust em once then leave em

as far as the springs, what type of drop would you guys say is best. i live in new york city and its more like pothole city.
which springs would you guys reccomend i was looking at the tein stech springs? anyone used it or heard anything good on the ride?

also if imma be running on standard finished rotors can i put ceramic pads on them, i know slotted rotors recommend a ceramic application

thanks guys
