Honestly, that's all up to you. But the first thing I did was get a nice set of wheels and tires, then I lowered it.

the tires got about 80% meat so ill prob get some white 17s

what about for under the hood?
short ram or cold air?
im not financially heavy and ive seen short ram kits for cheap...
is it worth or should i wait til i get alittle more for cold air

I know it's lame and you've probably heard it before, but run some searches. Most of us don't feel like rehashing the same old "cold air vs. short ram" type of tech talk for the 100th time.

Neons, plastic chrome spinners are the shit, JDM Ming Coffee Can (cut bottom weld to exhuast piping( yellow in color for Show Points) exhaust, cut your springs to drop. black hood for CF look, 3 level GT Wing for aerodynamics

but seriously...i would say I/H/E to help ur car breathe better :thumbs up

I wouldn't get brakes as your first mod, you'll prolly want something that will make a difference in power or drivability first. If you've got the money for springs and shocks I'd say do it right away cuz once you start buying parts that add power that's all you're gonna want. But, the first thing I went with was an intake, not gonna say which kind cuz I don't want an arguement about what intake is the best.

I say start with the suspention, lower it with some good shocks, get some motor mount bushings, do a good tune up, clear out the pink out the taillights, get some one piece headlights svae up for some engine mods or rim/tire combo

what he said i would personally go get a nice basic suspension spring shock set up, motor mount inserts, SRI any kind generic is best its just a pipe with a filter on it no need to spend hundreds, and get a nice strut bar for the front rear lower maybe a c pillar bar and h brace all nice places to start

BEFORE you start dumping all this cash in your car, your first mods should be an alarm... and a autolock. then when you're done putting your car on lock, i'd definately upgrade the suspension first, give yourself a good stance, springs/coilovers, shocks/struts, camber kit. then some nice shoes. after that your mods are unlimited.
