Two step basically refers to two different rev limiters.

negative, but you were close. The term two step refers to the number of steps you have to take to activate it. One step on the clutch and the second step on the gas.

2step is nothing big other then a launch controll system to help perfect launches. there no power gain. Sounds cool as hell but once again nothing big most ems's or piggybacks have this option.
