sticky clutch pedal

Yesterday when I was leaving my parking spot I couldn't change gears, I noticed the clutch pedal was stuck in the depressed position. I put my foot behind the pedal and lifted it. I was then able to push the pedal in and was able to change gears. At times the clutch pedal acted normally, but quite a few times while changing gears the pedal stuck in the depressed position. Is this a big problem? I don't know if it is a hydraulic clutch or if it only needs the linkage to be greased.
any suggestions?

You got me there......what is DA?
It is a 1994 Acura Integra 3 door LS, 5 speed.
Does this model have a master cylinder or cable that goes from pedal to transmission?
