Um.not exactly sure what this is about but .. are you going to be installing it yourself? If so, are you electrically inclined?

Give yourself a full day if on your own and spend the time to hide all wires and still make a killswitch.

I've heard people say if you can install a radio you can do an alarm, but to do it right and stealth it in is very time consuming. Get a wiring diagram, take your time, solder or crimp (DON'T TWIST AND TAPE!) and good luck.

^yes

Some things twist and tape is acceptable, this would not be the case for an alarm. One big reason is if it comes undone then all your work has been for nothing and your car is no longer safe.

My car had a viper alarm system on it since I got the car. I've already locked myself out the car multiple times. (Only way to unlock the car is with the remote) The key won't open the car only way is with the remote. And I have to go under car to pop the hood latch unhook the battery so the alarm deactivates than the key will unlock the hatch but not the doors. So I have to climb through the hatch and get the keys. I been wanting to delete this alarm forever but I have yet to find where it's installed. I've checked everywhere. It's wayyy to stealthy for me lol. But I also want to keep it because it works so well. You can't do anything without the alarm going off. If you just kick a tire the alarm goes off. Lol

Looks like you need to try to get In a better habit with your keys lol. And make it so u can't pop your hood to unhook the battery. How long did that take you? Sounds like u got a decent alarm lol.

Well It's not easy to unhook the latch for the hood. I have to jack the car up and put my hand through the bottom of front bumper and through the core support and pull the cable at the very top under the hood. It hurt like hell trying to get it the first time. +The alarm is going off non stop because as soon as a jack hits the jack points the alarm goes off. And than alot of the time i'll be sitting in my car for a min to reply to some texts and if the doors are shut it auto locks while i'm sitting in there. Than when I put the key in and try to start it. It won't start and the alarm goes off because I have to hit the unlock button in order for the ignition to work. Lol It's too much for me I want it gone

R13 if you didn't live 500000 miles away i'd let you try to find it and if you did and could take it out i'd let you take it. Lol. Maybe if I drove my car more often I wouldn't forget all this crap. But I get to drive it like once a month cause it breaks everytime I drive it.
