Skunk2 Short Shifter

dont see myself banging through the gears hard enough to break it. and if it does, ill just buy another.

True, most people don't shitf hard enough to break them. It will suck though if it does break. lol Then you won't be able to take it out gear or change gears

It shouldn't be a problem if you don't race though

My buddy (James) had a cheap short shifter and he wasn't even racing and went into 3rd and snapped the shifter in half.

I drive pretty hard, ask Kurt, if i find it a problem with it being weak, ill just buy something else. it cant be too weak, it is produced by a well known company

i broke a dc sports shifter putting it into reverse in my driveway. no matter what company makes it, its still aluminum. getting hot during the day and cold at night just makes it brittle over time. especially if you live somewhere it gets really cold or really hot during the year. aluminum shifters = :lame

go with skunk2 you wont regret it. and with the single bend youll punch the cup holder every time.

i just got my skunk2 short shifter (dual bend)
i would get a weighted shifter knob too
i got my skunk 2 short shifter and shifter knob from wesellcarparts on our site
for 140 shipped
and the knob looks like the itr one with red numbering

That's the same setup I was looking at theres a skunk2 store on ebay that sells the dual bend shifter and knob for $129 shipped I think.

i like my dual bend from skunk2, i dont think they make the single bend anymore, for hondas atleast

O.k. I'm getting the dual bend know the question is where can I get some new shifter bushings? I had them on my old cars but they came in a complete suspension kit. I'm just looking for bushings for the shifter right now not the whole car lol.
