I know for sure that the Firehawk, Camaro SS and C5 Z06 had the skip function. I'm almost positive that all LS1 and LS6 powered cars. So that would include the T/A, Formula, Z28, C5 and CTS-V as well

Top gear did a review on one actually and that car had so much torque it could do a 5th gear start fine

It was a vette...and 6th gear, lol. But yes I know which one you're talking about. It was shaky and a rough start but they wanted to see how fast they could get it before the end of the runway. It got to a higher speed than a lambo or ferrrari wasn't it?

EDIT: I was almost right. It was a Z06 vette so it was an LS7, but you were right it was 5th. They did it in a V12 Aston Martin in 4th and only got 130. He got 160 in the z06.

No it was the C6. I posted the link to the video. C5Z06 uses LS6 C6Z06 uses LS7
