Use the whole bottle. 1/3 oil, 1/3 vacuum, 1/3 fuel.

Technically it's O2 sensor safe but if you're blowing out tons of carbon, it will coat your plugs and O2 sensor. If you do this regularly, yeah, you don't need to worry.
