Hmmm... Maybe I'll just go over and let them dyno tune my car and chip the ecu. Would they be able to tune/chip my car without having a management system?

I think you are confused on tuning

a chipped ecu has a chip in it with a basemap.
the tuner will erase the basmap and put chrome on it or switch the chip out with neptune or hondata.

Oh I was thinking, the tuner would see my dyno and decide the best spec for my car, take out the previous basemap, and create his own based on my dyno. So, a dyno tuner will require me to purchase a management system, anyways?

if you dont buy neptune or hondata you will end up with chrome. He will dyno you on chrome probably. Chrome is free.
