well it'll go back to metal assuming that chunks of it doesnt break off right? haha, I wonder if anyone on here is a chem major.

vouching for NAVAL JELLY! i bought 2 bottles since it was cheap. but damn that shit works!

i had rust building up around my door and i applied it for 15 minutes. and i came back and it was gone. thanks speedin!

i hate the environment in new england. they overload the streets with salt even when its not snowing.

I don't know if naval jelly will fix a spot like that... lol. Sand down around it till you see no more rust, fiberglass, then bondo or spot putty, then paint

make sure you cover that shit up fast too with something on top of primer or the rust will come back.

i had to strip the paint in the door jams and trunk jams then primer it but i left it over night because my primer went retarded. so a little rust built up from salt and moisture. (because cold metal plus heater on doesnt go together.) but now its all gone.

why not find someone who is parting out an integra and get them to cut out that part of the fender?

the metal itself wont come back, but the rust will get neutralized and stop spreading. i know there is some kind of stuff that will neutralize rust...but i dunno what it is/called.
