OP said he does not want to get into the motor. So with just i/h/e and a tb... Tell me how much whp that IM will get him. I can almost guarantee it wont be enough so spend $250-300 on. Once you get into upgrading cams and shit like that then of course thats a good mod.

i apologize, i did only say after market intake and fuel system i guess i could have been more specific. thats awesome you can read a dyno sheet and have basic understanding to tuning. you have a clean integra and hope it continues getting nicer

but you can get intake manifold for under 200 and a throttle body which helps. with out upgrading other parts of course just an intake manifold is going to do really anything casue your not increasing the amount of air flow with out a larger throttle body and having a spacer helps out also. upgrading the fuel is also need at that point cause you have more air but not more fuel coming through. Tell me this how much does a real aem cold air intake cost 200 new. how much hp you get from that, another 200 on a dc header if not more how much you get from that. throttle body another 150 how much you get from that. none of it is giving you 30 40 50 horse for 200 to 300 a part

yeah i suppose. were talking about an LS though. there is only so much you can do without doing internals, portwork, etc. haha

Thats the truth haha, cost/hp gain isnt justifiable really. especially on a stock motor. feel sorry for the people in CA tho. fuck spending 200 on an intake when you can get the same tubing with no sticker for like 50 then a k&n filter for about the same. haha

yeah if your compare horse pwer to price its tough on a low budget. cams for these things are not cheap either. your best bet probably for power with no cost..... strip that sucker down.
