rev/speed limiter removal?

i have a 93 integra ls and want to remove the limiter on it. i dont know where it is or how to remove it. and does anyone know how much a 5 speed manual swap would cost?

Honestly there's no point In removing the limiter unless its built to rev past 9k... other than that your asking your motor to kill its self
