less crowded open engine bay ftw. you can upgrade your motor mounts to some hasports or innovative ones and dump those stock torque mounts too. those brackets are heavy as fuck

when the ac is off u dont lose power, so considering that u never use it your really only getting rid of it to lose weight and looks in the engine bay. This might hurt the reasale value of the R, so i would at least save the parts
Yeah, that's gonna be the primary gain of removing the AC, the weight reduction. Plus it's weight reduction from the front of the car, the best place to lose weight. Do you even use the AC that much? Where do you live? I'd prefer not to be sweating my nuts off than to lose a bit of weight from my car, and hurt it's resale value as mentioned.

^^ Agreed. I remember when I was going to do my turbo build I made sure to make it so I could keep my A/C and power steering. those are 2 things that I may not "need" in a car, but then again neither is boost.

personally I'd keep the A/C... You don't really gain that much from loosing it.
