oh, haha lucky us then, we're not contracted with that city.... yet. haha. kinda weird cause we have sites everywhere else in TX.baclones heights, baytown, beaumont, burleson, cedar hill... and etc... the list goes on.

I hate to bring up a dead thread, but these are popping up more and more. We had about 15 throughout the city, but now more are showing up and even those boxes that show your mph.

Aside from the whole rolling stop thing, what other issues do y'all have? I get heavy foot like the next person, but if you are in excess of 5 mph of the speed limit and running a red light cause you to t bone somebody, then continue making more.

I read the article this morning off of /r/cars. The cameras wouldn't bother me a bit as I don't run lights and I only speed on the freeway if traffic is speeding as well.
I feel like the speed cameras are rather expensive though. Speed bumps could achieve the mild decrease in speed you want without paying an outside company to do it.
I also don't like that you can't challenge the ticket in court like you could a normal ticket. But if people would stop speeding though the little town, they wouldn't have the reason to take things into their own hands to slow you down.
In short, cameras are a minor thing to me.

You hear about the I-96 shooter earlier this year in Michigan? Some guy got shot in the butt-ocks...Lieutenant Dan. Guy that was doing it ended up living across the street from my friends old house..22 air rifle

From what I have heard from other's experience in my city, Fort Worth, they can fight those tickets in court
