They're ok. You need a resonator to keep it quiet though. The black ones are ideal if you wanna go with the "Sleeper" look.

If you get an ES Muffler and do custom piping without a resonator, it's gonna be mad loud and raspy. A resonator will make tone deeper and quieter.
