ok so i was using the how to guide to clean out the fitv and i broke it. i broke the outer plastic piece that has the threads on it so it can be screwed in and out of the housing. so my question is what fitv would work from another honda? there is a 94 at local junkyard that i could use if it would fit/work. now mind u that i just need the inside of the valve and not the whole assembly. they also have an older prelude and accord that i can check into. i know obviously get one from a 90-93 but there isnt one to be found locally. i dont have the cash right now to go out and buy a brand new one (100 bucks from rock auto). there is one on ebay i am tracking for 30 bucks. just figure i'd ask to see if anyone knew if the guts of it would work from another car. let me know guys! thanks!
