Are you running the bigger injectors in the car right now? If so thats the cause for the shitty idle, the injector dead pulse time is all off due to the bigger injectors compared to what the ecu is trained to read. Whoever is going to tune your car can likely send you a basemap just to get the car idling and ready to take to their shop. I wouldn't drive the car without it being properly tuned though, but thats just me. Glad to see its starting to come together.

Josh, i'm running 440's. The tuning shop gave me a basemap to run them as well as the new fuel pump.

At this point i'm tired of messing with it and I will wait til it gets to the tuning shop and let them figure it out. Any updates until the tune will be related to alarm/killswitch installation or misc. things like that.

Smart move man, better to wait and play it safe then to rush impatiently and risk messing something up
I wanted to be able to throttle a little to make sure my clutch won't slip. A dyno tune costs $400 and on the webpage it says if the clutch slips, they will cancel the tune and still charge me the $400. My clutch is a stage 3, but I did notice it was slipping. I haven't seen it slip since I adjusted it, i'm just afraid it will.

I'm also afraid they will charge me a bunch of money for replacement parts like an IACV or something.

Can't you tell them specifically not to replace something if they find a problem? I always thought it was like "Oh, we found this, this and this, would you like it replaced?" And you went from there.

400 sounds like a bit much. Even when I first put my car on the dyno it took only 2 hours to completely tune it @ 150 an hour.

$400 is SpeedFactory's flat rate for dyno tunes.
I emailed someone else on rates.

Mekenzie, yes they would only replace it if I told them to. However if I had a problem that stopped them from dyno tuning- they would fix it, or they would cancel the tune. And I think it's absolute bullshit that they charge you if your clutch slips.
