Plus someone else is doing all the dirty work and sucking on the paint fumes. That's worth something.

I asked them about that, cuz I still have a Civic Si valve cover I want to get coated, but it didn't sound like they wanted to do it. Masking off the DOHC VTEC letters, the Honda symbol and all that wasn't their thing, they just didn't sound like they wanted to do it, so I didn't bother to let them try because if it looked like crap I'da been pretty unhappy. I basically wanted the cover to look like stock, not the entire thing all one color including the letters and the H. So I wouldn't bother contacting them about doing our valve covers if that's what you want too.

Yeah, I would want them to mask the letters off for more of an OEM type of a job. I think Omi was looking into a company that specialized in that. Ah well, back to more research.

Well let me know if you find one, I've had this Si cover for years. I want to get it looking sexy and put it on my cah! I'll pay good money for a good job.

....and your wiper arms will look like my before pics a year from now. I went that route over and over again too, spray paint doesn't last. I had even sandblasted my arms right down to bare metal, covered them with multiple coats of Krylon black and then multiple coat of clearcoat, and they still eventually turned to crap. This is a true powdercoat finish, it's a hell of alot more durable than any spraypaint.
Primer is your friend

I had problems with paint pealing. Then i finally decided to do it the right way (primer, paint, clear coat) and had no problems.

Jesus Christ, I just powdercoated the damn things, stop trying to tell me that spraypaint is better!

There really is nothing like doing the job right the first time, sure spray paint is cheaper but to be honest the consistency of a powder coat job is so much better. Plus if it's messes up the first time they have to re-do it..
