I know but I live in Vermont. There are literally no people here haha. It's hard to find ricers when there's like a population of maybe 600,000 for the whole state and like 5,000 in my town.

Haha I don't think that's local. And I don't find anything too odd about it, racing/car culture in India developed way slower than in the states. That's what America was like in the '90s.
