I love the way your car looks. I'm very tempted to purchase that same kit but then I dont' want to have to worry about the front being so low. My previous car had a full Bomex kit and I used to hate driving it because it was way too low. Your car looks really good though. Like I said in another post, if you were closer I'd swap with you right now for front and rear bumpers. Who did you go through to purchase the kit? Is it VIS or another company? Is the kit fiberglass or poly? I heard there is one that is poly and is basically unbreakable. Anyways keep up the good work.

I bought it through Booststore.com but they're out of bidness now.. It's not too low. I barely ever bottom out on the front end. I just have to go through parking lots from an angle which is no big deal. I'm not sure what brand it is. The front is urethane and the rear and skirts are fiberglass. I'm going back to stock, like I said.. gonna throw some lips on there and paint them. Thanks for the compliments :)

Cool, thanks for the inputs. Yeah I have the look that you're going to and I'll probably be getting that same kit. There's probably going to be some that will say it's RICE and blah blah blah. Me personally I build my cars for myself and not others. I think it looks very nice. You probably just want something clean and simple again. I guess I'm just getting bored with the setup. HaHa. Anyways good luck and keep us updated. I'm sure it'll still be real nice with the new setup.

Haha, exactly. I'm getting very bored with my body kit. Thing is, I'm going to throw the Type R lip kit on there and drop a B18C1 in there. Hopefully fool some Camaros or Mustangs who I probably can't even beat in the first place but at least they'll have a little bit of competition. It's just time for something new, naw mean?

I know exactly what you mean. So you're going to be doing a motor swap as well huh? Have you looked into maybe doing a K20 swap? I've heard nothing but good things about it. It might cost like 3k more than your average B series swap but all motor power is incredible. There's a whole bunch of guys with just the swap, I/H/E and tuned by Kpro with like 230hp to the wheels. Check out this website for some info.

Man, I wish I had $6k to spend on my car for an engine.. I'm in college and only work part-time. I just want something simple so I'll probably stick with the B series and transmission. I heard you had to change your motor mounts and some other things if you wanted a K20. Later on I might turbo whatever engine I get, whether it be a B18C1 or C5, I'm undecided, thus far. Thank you for the site!

No problem. Yeah the swap for the K20 is a bit pricey but mainly because the motor is pretty much new still. B18 swaps used to be like that also but now they are very cheap. A B18C with a turbo kit would be really nice. Good luck with everything.

Yeah I'm so broke right now.. can't afford a new engine and transmission without the help of a bank. :(
I'm selling my body kit this weekend for stock bumpers, like I said earlier, and getting an ITR lip kit but keeping my side skirts.

I'd love a turboed B18C. My cah would be sexy AND fast.
