I went outside to look at my tires and i see the currnet size is 205/50R15 86H on everything stock.. blades and stock suspension ect... Is This the wrong size that was put on? Cause i show for a 98 GSR coupe to have 195/55R15 85V size tires...any help on this?

195/55/15 is the stock tire size. The previous owner just upgraded to 205/50/15, which is a slightly wider tire but is very close to the stock diameter size. I'm running 205/50/15 on my Fat Fives right now.

I wouldn't recommend going anything wider than 205 with the stock wheels.

I have the Falken Ziex ZX-512's in 205/50/15. I run canyons every weekend and I don't really like them. Squishy sidewalls and not that great overall performance. I'm probably gonna switch to BFG's or Azenis 615's. Idk if that helps just my .02

ok well after all the info ive heard from various spots i think i want to go with the s.drives for toyo t1r's anyone have pros and cons for each? Are they a soild choice? keep in mind i drag race on weekends sometimes and i need minimal wheel hop.

Falken Azenis are WAY better than the Toyo Proxes 4. I hate those Toyos personally

i agree the proxies 4 sucked i wouldnt buy that tire again

x2 on the Falken Ziex-912... cheap tires but are fairly good.

consumer reports rated them at #1 for the UHP A/S category

i just bought the t1rs for the winter cause my old tires sucked. i duno how i feel about these they dont really grip for shit... id go with the falken's

oh i know my dad just got stationed in bremerton and it rained like everyday i came to visit! So gorgeous when its not raining tho

ya i live in oregon so i get around the same weather....i am so stuck to what tires to get lol
