Is it safe to actually do that in an Integra?

Car will be full of people and stuff, my friends are trying to talk me out of it saying its bad to cruise for 3,000 miles at 4,000rpm. Obviously that can't be good, but is it actually bad for the car?

If the car's in good condition mechanically, there's no problem. It's not any worse for your car than it would be for any other car.

I drove my Integra from New Hampshire to Arizona and back to N.H. in a 3 week timespan with no problem at all. And my car was at 122K at the start of the trip.

unless ur car isnt running right, like mentioned it SHOULD make it no problem

But for the fuel consumption part of things.. My brother said that I wasnt even going 70 and it was at 3k rpm, But I explained to him that its only 4 cylinders, so they got to move faster to get the same rate going unlike a V8, where you got double the pistons, so as an example, we'll just say at the same pace, 8 pistons will move half as fast as 4 pistons at 70 mph.. But 4 pistons getting squirted with gas > 8 cylinders

yes... :thumbs up 2 guys 2 girls? you're the only guy with 3 girls? please say yess

sleeping is whatever you can tolerate.. Though it wouldnt hurt to stop for like 30 minutes to give the car a break if you plan it non stop

If a transmission is geared to be at 70mph at 4000 RPM's, it doesnt matter whether you have 4 cylinders or 8, they are still both going at 4000 RPM's.

Comparing the RPM's of a 4 cyl to a V8 at a given speed and concluding something must be wrong with one of them because they aern't the same is kinda silly. They're both engines, but they're two different animals, big dog vs. small dog....but they're both dogs.

The left one? I can't really say where they're from, but it goes well with the rest of the car. Like underneath the pop up lights he has LED turn signals that are hidden behind tint, and it flashes from 6k blue color to red.. its awesome

Shut up baby, I know it!
if your rpm's are that high cruising, change all your fluids before you leave with GOOD quality stuff. synthetic etc..blah blah, you dont want to sustain that kinda rpm for such a long period of time without good fluid in the car. transmission and engine oils most importantly.
