parking lights won't go off

Well im new to this site i just bought my 1990 da9 a couple weeks ago for 1000 bucks. it has a b18a1 in it non v-tec but i love it to death. a few nights ago i turned my light switch back and the inner tails and front corners wouldn;t shut off. I checked the fuses and they are all good so I have no idea what it is. please share your thoughts with me. i think it might be because my sunroof wouldnt close and water got into it but i fixed it and they still won't shut off.

THis happened to me...there is a little plastic piece that supposed to be behind the brake pedal to shut off the lights...i just stuck a bolt there with a nut and fixed it
