had a prob like that, it turned out to be a kink in the heater hose, replaced the hose and it solved the prob

why would you remove your thermostat????
to have the coolant running constantly, and not having to wait for the engine to reach a certain temp for the thermostat to open. only downfall is that it takes a little longer to get your engine to the operating temp. nothing to big though.

yeah I figured out it was a faulty clamp for the hose that leaked the coolant out, and it being so hot out, it evaporated the coolant real quick so I didn't notice that it had leaked. haha
