Quick rundown of whats going on

Replaced radiator
Replaced Cap
Removed thermostat
Water pump works
Fan works

yet still overheating and low fluid levels.

no leaks or overflow

since the thermostat is removed, does the radiator use more coolant? or burn it quicker?

this is my first time running with out a thermostat so idk whats normal and what isn't

any info is geatly appreciated

Other than the fact that the thermostat is there for a reason everything's fine.

check your oil cap if its white then theyre mixing....how much coolant are you running? should be 50?50 if your running more water than coolant the water will evaporate with time because of the heat

If its not that it could be your timing/water pump. My DA was doing the same thing. After I changed those, its all fine.

hahah mybad :) my car is slightly overheating as well and the coolant water is draining fast, no leak or anything. I have an aftermarket mishimoto radiator.

Too much water in your mix will cause it to evaporate or a bad head gasket will burn it away.
