Ryan, Is there any chance.. (If you have a tripod) That you could take your stock lens and set it to 35mm and do a clarity test (on the same subject of course) of the stock lens vs your new one?

I'm debating when to buy my next lens (35mm 1.8g) and it would be awesome if I had just a straight up side by side comparison of just how much clearer one is from the other.

If you are willing just upload the full size unedited version and either pm it to me or post it here.
