No Brakes!!!

Manufacturer defect. I had a distributor go bad on me that way once. Thank god for warranties, eh?

its also possible for air to be trapped in the caliper, if air is in the caliper and then you force brake fluid into it it wont allow the air out it just keeps the air in there, if all else fails maybe try pulling the rotor/pads/caliper off all together and try bleeding it upside down and sideways to get all the air out. and never bleed the caliper or press the brakes without the rotor inbetween the pads or you will shoot the caliper into two pieces

Did you prime the new master cylinder? and is you brake booster still in good condition?
