Thanks Norman. Nice ride! Always a score when you buy a car with fresh paint. Especially a 1990. Good luck with your build as well.

As mentioned, my car needed some work. The interior needed to be redone. So instead of doing that, then painting it, then getting proper rims, I decided to sell it for what I got it for and picked this up.

The interior is incredible! It was owned by an older woman, who kept it looking super clean, and it only has 124,xxx miles on it.
drives like a new car. The only bad, is the drivers side fender, but that's an ease fix. And there's a dent/scrape on the right side quarter panel, not a big deal. Since I paid 3,400 for it, I can't afford to get rims for it right now. And, I'll have to go with some generic coilovers, just to get it lowered for now. If anyone in L.A. has some take off rims for sale, I might be able to buy them, if the price and timing is right.

I hear what you're saying, but I was thinking bout the cash I would have to put into it to make it right. I just got laid off, and that car was about to be a project before I lost my job. So I had to get something I wouldn't have to dump money into. Bad timing, you know? I really liked it as well, just got be responsible. And believe me, I know they're out there. I've been on this site and honda-tech, just looking at everyones teggies, looking at what everyone else has done, so I don't do the same to mine. That's going to be a tough one. So we'll see how that goes. Good thing about this ride, I don't have to put a lot of money into it. I'm thinking, new paint, rims & a system. Oh yeah, and an exhaust, I'm good.

Oh yeah, updated pic. Just picked up the blades for $310 with good thread.

Jordan, You just joined in August of this year, and you got 1,400 posts under your belt. You gotta know EVERYTHING about tegs by now! Haha. Yeah, was thinking about cleaning them up, but also thought about white powder coat.

Well not everything   Im still a newb. If you search CI for a DIY list there will be a DIY in the detailing section. brings your rims back to a really great condition.

Good choice you made picking up this 3rd gen and that was a pretty decent price. The DAs are nice cars, but the 3rd generation Integras look so much sportier and sleeker. And the red paint on yours still looks to be in good shape as most tegs that were once red are by now pink due to the shitty red paint Honda chose to use.

Yeah 01, I thought it was a good find too, and the paint isn't bad at all. I think I can buff it out to bring back some shine. But don't really care about that. I'm gonna paint it blue in a few months. Still trying to find a blue that I don't see on a lot of tegs. Yeah, I know, that's going to be a tough one, but it's worth trying. I've seen a few stock colors on Audi's, Ranger Rovers, & toyotas, so I have some ideas in mind.

Got rid of it j13. Needed too much work. Looked good from far, and far from good. It was going to be a complete rebuild, but got laid off. Landed up selling it and getting the 96 LS. Yeah, that dude Jet is the man! Since I'm still learning about my Teg, I let him do the work for me. He's reasonable, and knows his ish. For real. He just brought a pretty trick Type R in from Japan. pretty wicked.
