New to the site. Just got back into a DC2

What's up CI. Just came across this site and figured I'd give it a go. I'm finally back into an Integra. I started with a 93 GS. Picked up a 94 GSR that got hit. Pulled the swap and put it in a 96 hatch, and now I picked up an 01 GSR for a really good price. Next is getting my hatch cleaned up to sell it and replenish my savings account.

It's pretty much all stock except for an S2000 antenna and WS2 cat-back exhaust. edit: I forgot to add rear wiper delete.

Here's where I'm at right now, I'm thinking of robbing the fullbodies off my hatch to put on the GSR. Yes, I know I'll have to modify the rears to get them to fit etc. And I'll probably put some stock springs on cheep sleeves on the hatch just to bring it down some so it doesn't ride like a 4x4. I'm still on the fence with it....

Anyway, the site looks good. I was getting ready to go back to T-I but saw this site and figured I see what it's all about. I'll most likely be lurking and checking things out.

glad you got back into a dc2. that exhaust is my favorite, i want a full cat but all i have is an itr axleback :( but welcome to the site!

Thanks! I have one on my hatch too and I love it. I'm glad the previous owner had the same taste and put one on before passing me the torch.

Thanks for the warm welcome.

I'm stoked to get those fullbodies on, and get that stance down from the 4x4 status.

Right now, I have a JDM B16 SirII tranny w/ factory LSD in my hatch, and I'm debating putting it into my GSR. It should be a "no brainer" from a performance aspect. But I don't really have plans to dump a bunch of time and money into go fast parts for a while. Just going to cruise for now.

I'm definitely going to pull the system out of the hatch for the geezer. And maybe the shifter. Should I go with the tranny too?

edit: Thinking about putting these on it too. I'm hesitant about 17's though. I think it will look good.

Update: Was swapping my Apexi fullbodies from the hatch to the GSR and the stupid rear LCA bushings were frozen on the bolts. So I had to take the LCA out by torching, and cutting the bolts and bushings. I've never had to do that on the countless cars I've worked on. Oh well.

So I'm thinking about picking up a set of Blox or Blackworks LCAs. Only thing is, I'd have to wait for them to come in. Damn car has been sitting in the garage since I've got it. I want to get on the road so I can enjoy it. There's a guy on a local forum here that wants to sell me a set of OEM DC2 LCA's for 115! Comes with the swaybar (which I don't need but he won't sell separate). Personally, I think he should be selling them for 50-70 range.

Anybody think that's fair? Or is 115 a decent asking price for used OEM LCA's? EIther way, if he won't come down on price, I'll just order a set of aftermarket and bite the bullet and wait for them.

What's CI think?
