i dont need a complete head...just a good one...ill port and polish it ill get cams and gears and all new manifolds etc. (skunk2 most likely)

wich head would be the best route to take to make 300hp before boost...

sorry i sound confusing all i know is what i have heard seems like everyone has different opinions

would it be easier if i post a list of what i plan on doing then you guys can tell me wich head will make more power? lol

i personaly have a GSR and i take down b16, im not sure if i raced an ls/vtec though. but to me gsr seems better and stroger motor

I personaly GOT A GSR AND IT TAKES DOWN B16 too BUT NEVER RACED A LS VTEC BUT GSR IS A GOOD POWERFULL MOTOR I MEAN k sERIOUS IS MUCH BETTER BUT i would choose gsr

It depends on your power goal so we can get you in the right direction.

Also you can google and search for options.

B16 or GSR head does not matter on doing a LS/Vtec. If your going to boost it later on. Look into low compression piston.

so i have decided to build my block with a b16 head and eventully boost with a turbonetics t3/t4

sounds like a plan to me!!! 8)
