I know that's an automatic, but that's a good deal. Take it from me; those automatic transmissions can take beating.
I browsed through all 169 listings for 'integra' with pictures in the for sale by owner section, and this was the only one I felt was a fair deal. It may be worth checking out if you can live with an automatic.

I don;t want to be a pain, but getting a 5-speed is 100000x better. I can;t go back to driving automatic. Unless it's a GT3.

Take your time with a search, don't just settle for the first car you find. I'm not sure I'd you've read my thread or not, but the first post explains the story of my search for my car. The first decent car I found turned out to have a lot of problems, overheating and snapping an axle on a test drive. Moral of the story: be patient and find the right, well maintained car.
