Just curious, don;t you guys have a hard time following the speed limit with a km dash instead mph?

No 100kmh is 62mph so 50 is 31mph and 120 is 75mph. You get used to it. I think it actually keeps you from speeding because you naturally drive slower when looking at such a bigger number.
